Cinta Segitiga Berdarah: Brigadir Polisi Temanggung Habisi Nyawa Juragan Tembakau

Beritaviralindo.net –Temanggung, Jawa Tengah – Sebuah tragedi cinta segitiga berubah menjadi aksi pembunuhan keji di Temanggung, Kamis (21/3/2019). Kepolisian Resor Temanggung bersama tim Jatanras Polda Jawa Tengah berhasil membongkar kasus pembunuhan berencana terhadap juragan tembakau dan pupuk, Tjiong Boen Siong (62), warga Parakan. Kasus ini melibatkan tiga tersangka utama: istri korban, Nurtafia; selingkuhannya, Brigadir Permadi; serta eksekutor bayaran bernama Indarto.

Menurut AKP Dwi Haryadi, Kasatreskrim Polres Temanggung, pembunuhan ini dirancang oleh Nurtafia dan Brigadir Permadi karena keduanya menjalin hubungan asmara terlarang selama dua tahun. Bahkan, mereka sempat berencana menikah, namun keberadaan Boen Siong menjadi penghalang. Demi melancarkan rencana jahat itu, keduanya menyewa Indarto dan seorang pria berinisial A (DPO) untuk melenyapkan nyawa korban.

Kronologi Kejadian

Kasus ini terungkap setelah keluarga korban melaporkan kehilangan Boen Siong pada Kamis (14/3/2019). Boen diketahui pergi dari rumah mengendarai Mitsubishi Colt 120 SS hitam untuk membeli pupuk cair, namun tidak pernah kembali.

Penyelidikan dimulai dengan melacak keberadaan korban hingga akhirnya menemukan mobil korban di perkebunan teh Tambi, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Hasil investigasi mengarah pada keterlibatan Nurtafia, yang kemudian ditangkap pada Selasa (19/3/2019) bersama Permadi dan Indarto.

“Hasil interogasi mengungkap pembunuhan ini direncanakan oleh Nurtafia dan Permadi. Mereka menganggap korban sebagai penghalang hubungan asmara mereka,” ungkap Dwi Haryadi.

Modus Operandi

Nurtafia dan Permadi memancing korban dengan dalih transaksi pupuk cair. Saat korban turun dari mobil untuk mengambil pupuk, Indarto memukul tengkuk korban dengan gagang cangkul hingga korban terjatuh. Dalam kondisi terluka, korban dimasukkan ke dalam mobil Xenia hitam BE-2433-YS dan dibawa ke kebun kopi di Kecamatan Candiroto, Temanggung.

“Saat di perjalanan, korban masih bergerak. Kepalanya kembali dipukul hingga tewas,” jelas Dwi. Jenazah korban ditemukan pada Rabu (20/3/2019) dalam kondisi membusuk, berdasarkan pengakuan tersangka.

Fakta Mengejutkan: Pelaku Adalah Brigadir Polisi

Sosok Permadi, ternyata adalah seorang anggota Polres Kranggan, yang kini ditahan di Polda Jawa Tengah. Foto Permadi berseragam polisi bersama Nurtafia sempat viral di media sosial, dibagikan ribuan kali dengan komentar pedas dari netizen.

Kabid Humas Polda Jawa Tengah, Kombes Pol Agus Triatmaja, memastikan Permadi akan menghadapi proses hukum pidana sekaligus sidang kode etik setelah vonis pidana inkrah. “Proses internal sudah menanti setelah hukum pidana selesai,” kata Agus.

Hukuman Berat Menanti

Atas perbuatannya, ketiga tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 340 KUHP tentang Pembunuhan Berencana, dengan ancaman hukuman mati atau penjara seumur hidup. Hingga kini, polisi masih memburu pria berinisial A yang terlibat dalam eksekusi ini.

“Indarto dan A mendapat imbalan Rp20 juta, uang yang diberikan Nurtafia dari hasil korban,” tambah Dwi.

Publik Bereaksi

Kasus ini memicu kehebohan di masyarakat, khususnya di Temanggung. Banyak yang mengecam tindakan Permadi, yang sebagai anggota polisi seharusnya melindungi, bukan malah menjadi pelaku kejahatan.
